1. Check all lights
2. Check all fluids, washer, brake fluids, power steering, clutch, etc.
3. Check horn
4. Check wiper blades
5. Check and top up coolant/antifreeze level
6. Check battery security
7. Check tyres for uneven wear, legal limit, general condition
8. Check and reset tyre pressures
9. Rotate and balance wheels, reset wheel torques
10. Check steering, suspension
11. Check ball joints, links, wishbones, bushes etc.
12. Check front, Rear brake pads and discs and drums
13. Check shock absorber condition and wear
14. Check drive-shaft and joints/gaiters
15. Check brake lines and hose for leaks and wear
16. Check engine and gearbox for oil leaks
17. Check gearbox and axle oil levels
18. Inspect the exhaust system condition (incl mountings)
19. Adjust handbrake travel
20. Check and adjust all auxiliary drive belts
21. Check cooling system for leaks and operation
22. Reset service light
23. Run engine diagnostic test and file copy of the report
